Karina : Carrot Cake Bliss Balls
Ingredients
1/2 cup oats
1/3 cup grated carrots
1/4 cup creamy almond butter
1.5 tablespoons pure honey
1 tablespoons chia seeds
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Shredded unsweetened coconut for rolling
Instructions
1. Add oats into food processor and blend in to a flour consistency
2. Add the rest of the ingredients (except the coconut) and blend until all mixed (if it seems too sticky, make a little bit more oat flour and add until it’s easy to work with)
3. Roll 1 tablespoon of the mixture into a ball then roll in the coconut
4. Repeat until all the mixture is finished (makes around 8 balls)
5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving
