Tash Haynes : Fruit + Yogurt Drops

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup whole milk Greek yogurt

  • 3/4 cup of fruit (berries, mango, pineapple, banana, etc.)

Instructions

1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

2. Place fruit and yogurt in a blender and blend until smooth

3. Alternatively, for more texture, you can finely chop up the fruit and mix by hand into the yogurt

4. Add mixture to a Ziploc bag with the corner snipped off (make the hole very small) or a squeeze bottle

5. Pipe dots on the parchment paper (if it seems too runny, place the bag of mixture in freezer for about 20 minutes then pipe)

6. Place in freezer until dots are set, at least 2 hours

7. Remove from paper and place in a freezer safe container, grabbing when you're ready to enjoy

*Note: they do get soft quickly when out of the freezer, so snack on these right away
